During our 21-question DNA Extraction process, we collect detailed information about:

• Vision, goals, and beliefs
• Business information and pain points
• Past experiences and tool preferences
• Autonomy preferences and security protocols

2.2 Account Information

• Email address and password (encrypted)
• Phone number (if provided for 2FA)
• OAuth connection data (Google, Apple, LinkedIn)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe)

2.3 Usage Data

• Conversations with your AIGENT
• Jobs and automations executed
• Connected tools and API integrations
• Device and browser information

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data powers your personal AIGENT. We use it to:

• Create your digital twin: Your DNA data trains your AIGENT to think, write, and act like you
• Execute tasks: Automate work on platforms you connect
• Improve memory: Remember your preferences and past interactions
• Provide support: Help with account issues and questions
• Enhance the service: Improve AIGENTZ features (using aggregated, anonymized data only)

4. Data Storage & Security

We implement bank-level security measures:

• All data encrypted at rest and in transit (AES-256, TLS 1.3)
• Hosted on Supabase with SOC 2 Type II compliance
• Two-factor authentication available
• Row-level security ensuring you only see your own data
• Regular security audits and penetration testing

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data. We may share data only:

• With your consent: When you connect third-party services
• Service providers: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS)
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect rights
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition (with notice)

You have the right to:

• Account data deleted within 30 days
• Backups purged within 90 days
• Some data may be retained for legal compliance

9. Children's Privacy

AIGENTZ is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
