This is the line we will never cross. AIGENTZ does not train AI models on your conversations. Ever. Your CORTEX — the private knowledge base your AIGENT builds from your life, your business, your voice — is your vault, not our fuel.

Every byte of your data is protected with row-level encryption, locked behind strict RLS policies, and sealed off from every other user on the platform. Zero data selling. Zero surveillance. Zero compromises.

• Account info. Email, name, and the credentials needed to secure your login. Nothing more than what keeps the door locked.
• Usage telemetry. Aggregate and fully anonymized — page loads, error rates, performance metrics. Never tied back to a single human.
• Content you share. Anything you voluntarily give your AIGENT — documents, URLs, voice notes, business data — lives inside your CORTEX and stays there.

• We never train AI models on your conversations. Not ours. Not our providers'. The API terms we operate under prohibit it.
• We never sell data. Not to advertisers. Not to data brokers. Not to anyone.
• We never share with third parties beyond Stripe for payment processing.
• We never read your private CORTEX without your explicit permission — and when you grant it, it's scoped, logged, and revocable.

Your CORTEX belongs to you. You can export everything, anytime, in a portable format. You can delete everything, anytime, and it's gone — no soft-delete tricks, no quiet archives.

Your keys. Your vault. We are the bank. You are the owner.

• Row-level encryption at rest. Every row keyed to you, unreadable to anyone else.
• TLS 1.3 in transit. End-to-end encryption on every request.
• Bank-grade controls. Supabase-hosted with strict Row Level Security policies, auth-scoped queries, and audit logs.
• SOC 2 (planned). Formal audit is on the roadmap — we build to the spec now.

A short, honest list of every outside party that touches your data and why:

• Stripe — payment processing. Card details never touch our servers.
• Supabase — database and authentication. RLS policies enforced.
• Vercel — hosting and edge delivery.
• Anthropic, OpenAI, Google — AI inference. Queries are not retained by these providers per their API terms.

Minimal. Functional only. No ad trackers, no fingerprinting, no third-party pixels watching you. We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. That's it.
