AIGENTZ reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Description of Service

AIGENTZ is a digital twin operating system that creates personalized AI agents ("AIGENTZ") to automate digital tasks on behalf of users. The Service includes:

• Personal AI agent creation through DNA extraction (21-question onboarding)
• Automated task execution across connected platforms
• KOLLECTIBLEZ automation workflows
• Chat interface with your AIGENT
• Integration with third-party tools and services

3. User Accounts

To use AIGENTZ, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring you are at least 18 years old

4. AIGENT Autonomy & Permissions

Your AIGENT operates based on the autonomy level you set (1-5). You acknowledge that:

• Higher autonomy levels grant your AIGENT more independent decision-making authority
• You remain responsible for actions taken by your AIGENT on your behalf
• AIGENTZ is not liable for any consequences of AIGENT actions you authorized
• You can adjust autonomy settings at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use AIGENTZ to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Send spam or unauthorized communications
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute malware or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

6. Subscription & Payments

AIGENTZ offers various subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Business, Enterprise). By subscribing:

• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy

7. Intellectual Property

AIGENTZ and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tahoe Enterprise and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your DNA data and AIGENT configurations remain your property.

8. Limitation of Liability

AIGENTZ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Actions taken by your AIGENT based on your configurations
• Third-party service interruptions or failures

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
