By using AIGENTZ, you agree to these terms. Simple. Direct.

If you don't agree, don't use the platform. If you do use it, these terms govern the relationship between you and CHIVO ENTERPRISE LLC.

AIGENTZ™ is operated by CHIVO ENTERPRISE LLC, founded by Ponch (Mr. Ayala), built in Tahoe, Nevada.

Family-built. Founder-run. Ponch's words are the final line on every product decision.

SECTION 03

YOUR ACCOUNT

Age 16+. You must be at least sixteen years old.
Accurate info. Provide real, current details at signup and keep them current.
Your responsibility. You own everything that happens under your account, including actions your AIGENT executes on your behalf.
No sharing credentials. One human per account. No passing logins around.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Run your AIGENTZ™ for your own business or personal productivity.
Upload your content. Your documents, your URLs, your voice, your files — load them into your CORTEX.
Connect your tools. Wire up the platforms you already use and let your AIGENT operate them on your behalf.

WHAT YOU CAN'T DO

Resell access. Your seat is yours. Don't repackage it.
Abuse the platform. No exploits, no rate-limit gymnastics, no destructive load.
Run illegal content. Anything unlawful gets you terminated on the spot.
Spam. Your AIGENT is a builder, not a spray cannon.
Reverse-engineer our proprietary AIGENTZ MACHINERY™ mansion architecture. The moat stays the moat.

Monthly renewal. Billed every month until you cancel.
Cancel anytime. No contracts, no retention traps.
Pro-rated refunds at our discretion for reasonable cases.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

AIGENTZ™, AIGENTZ MACHINERY™, CORTEX™, and SI CGI CORTEX ROUTER™ are trademarks of CHIVO ENTERPRISE LLC.

Your content stays yours. Everything you load into your CORTEX remains your property. We only process it to run your AIGENT.

SECTION 08

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AIGENTZ is provided “as is.” We work hard to ship world-class software, but we can't promise it will always be perfect, always available, or always error-free.

Total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. No indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

SECTION 09

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and hold harmless CHIVO ENTERPRISE LLC, its officers, and employees from any claim arising out of your misuse of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights through content or actions you originate on AIGENTZ.

SECTION 10

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Nevada courts unless we mutually agree otherwise.

SECTION 11

CHANGES TO TERMS

When we update these terms, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days ahead of the change taking effect. You'll have time to review, ask questions, or leave.
