Due to the nature of our digital services — personalized AI agent creation, custom onboarding, and immediate access to proprietary systems — all sales are final. Please review the details below before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

AIGENTZ provides highly personalized digital services. From the moment you complete onboarding, significant resources are allocated to create your Digital Twin, extract your DNA, and configure your estate. Because of this, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

This applies to all AIGENTZ products and services, including but not limited to:

  • AIGENTZ Estates setup and onboarding
  • Digital Twin subscriptions
  • ADOS Cards, Handz of Cardz, and Playbookz
  • Individual specialist AIGENTZ from the marketplace
  • Any add-on services or features

2. Why No Refunds

Unlike traditional software subscriptions, AIGENTZ delivers immediate, personalized value:

  • Immediate access: You receive full access to your estate and Digital Twin immediately upon purchase
  • Personalized AI creation: Your AIGENT is custom-built using your unique DNA profile — this process cannot be reversed or reused
  • Proprietary systems: You gain access to proprietary ADOS frameworks, operational systems, and specialist AIGENTZ that represent significant intellectual property
  • Resource allocation: AI compute, storage, and processing resources are allocated to your estate from the moment of activation

3. Cancellation

While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time:

  • Cancel through your Dashboard Settings or by emailing [email protected]
  • You retain full access to your estate until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Your data remains available for export per our Constitution (Amendment V: Right to Portability)

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases, we may consider a credit or adjustment at our sole discretion:

  • Service failure: If AIGENTZ experiences a prolonged outage (72+ hours) that prevents you from using your estate, we may issue a service credit
  • Duplicate charges: Accidental duplicate payments will be corrected promptly
  • Unauthorized transactions: If you believe an unauthorized charge was made, contact us immediately

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us first, your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Chargebacks incur processing fees and may result in permanent account termination.

We strongly encourage you to contact [email protected] before disputing any charge. We are committed to resolving legitimate billing concerns directly and quickly.

6. Your Data After Cancellation

After cancellation:

  • You may export all your data before your access expires (Amendment I: Freedom of Data)
  • Your DNA profile, conversations, and memories are retained for 30 days in case you return
  • After 30 days, data is permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy
  • You may request immediate data deletion at any time by contacting [email protected]
