At AIGENTZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your digital twin. If AIGENTZ doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund policy to make things right.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All new paid subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee:

  • Request a refund within 14 days of your first payment
  • No questions asked for first-time customers
  • Full refund of your subscription payment
  • Your account will be downgraded to the Free tier

3. Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription refunds:

  • Within 14 days: Full refund, no questions asked
  • After 14 days: No refund, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges
  • Cancellation: You retain access until the end of your billing period

4. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription refunds:

  • Within 14 days: Full refund
  • After 14 days, within 30 days: Prorated refund minus one month at the monthly rate
  • After 30 days: No refund, but you can cancel to prevent renewal

5. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise customers with custom agreements should refer to their specific contract terms. Generally, Enterprise refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis with your dedicated account manager.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Add-on purchases (extra AIGENTZ, KOLLECTIBLEZ runs) after consumption
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Repeated refund requests from the same user
  • Third-party integration costs

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@aigentz.io with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund
  3. We'll confirm receipt within 24 hours
  4. Refund processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur fees and may result in account suspension. We're happy to resolve any issues directly and quickly.

9. Account Deletion After Refund

After a refund is processed:

  • Your subscription is cancelled immediately
  • Your account is downgraded to Free tier
  • Your DNA data and AIGENT remain intact (unless you request deletion)
  • You can upgrade again at any time
