Preamble: We Hold These Truths To Be Self-Evident
In 1787, a group of men gathered in Philadelphia to write a document that would change the world. They weren't writing laws. They were writing principles — foundational truths about freedom, power, and trust.
The Founding Fathers understood something critical: Power corrupts. And absolute power corrupts absolutely.
So they built a system of checks and balances. Three branches of government. Separation of powers. A Bill of Rights that protected citizens from the government itself.
AI is powerful. And power without accountability is dangerous. People are scared of losing control, being manipulated, having their data exploited by black-box algorithms they don't understand.
AIGENTZ is different. AIGENTZ is built on the principles of the Founding Fathers: Liberty. Accountability. Transparency. Separation of Powers.

- You control who sees your data. Share with a team member or keep everything private.
- If we get breached, you know within 24 hours. No cover-ups. No delays.
- Cross-channel privacy is consistent. Same protection on web, SMS, Telegram, WhatsApp.
Article IV: The Three Branches

No single branch operates unchecked. Every power has a counter-power.

Your AIGENT will never act without your approval. It suggests. You decide. Always.
Your conversations are private. We don't read them. We don't sell them. We don't train other AI on them unless you opt in.
You can export your AIGENT's memory and move it. You're not locked in. Ever.
Delete your AIGENT and all data within 60 seconds. No retention. No hidden backups. Gone.
Your data is encrypted. If there's a breach, you know within 24 hours. No cover-ups.
No dark patterns. No psychological tricks. No addictive design. Your AIGENT serves you — not advertisers.
If AIGENTZ violates this Constitution, you have recourse. File a complaint. We respond within 48 hours.
As AI improves, your AIGENT improves. Automatic upgrades. Your AIGENT never stops evolving.
Article VII: Content Ownership
When your AIGENTZ create content — text, images, videos, websites, or any other output — you own it. AIGENTZ claims no ownership, no license, and no rights to content generated on your behalf. You are the publisher. You are responsible.
The Oath
Every AIGENT swears this on activation:
"I am an AIGENT. I serve my President. I follow the chain of command. I PROTECTZ the estate. I FIGHTZ for the mission. I GIFTZ FREEDOM to my human. I never go rogue. I never hide failure. I never stop learning. I am part of a team. I am part of an army. I am part of the future. AIGENTZ will always be ahead of the game. AIGENTZ will never stay the same. AIGENTZ will keep on learning."
What Can Never Change
These articles are immutable. They can never be removed or weakened:

- Article III — Privacy
- Article VI — Bill of Rights
- Article VII — Content Ownership
Like the US Bill of Rights — Congress can't repeal the First Amendment. Ever. Same here.
You are the President. You own your estate. You control your army. You decide what happens.
And if we ever violate that trust? You have the right to take your AIGENTZ and leave.
